Let me make it clear, I was NOT trying to bash any other community.
Also, please comment on how do EB legal community defend themselves against all this biased, baseless attacks.
I have nothing against any community, everyone comes with their own skill, position, timing, education, luck etc. I don't control that. I can only control my factors and contribute to the overall clause.
Being my concepts clear, will help me contribute more and justify it more. Hence instead of picking up on my arguments (when I have made my intentions clear), won't help much.

Mr.Oh's opinion is flawed on many counts but most of all assuming what he says is correct, this delay will be/would have been the same either way. i.e the 750000 applicants will apply all at once or at regular intervals. The bright side is that spouses will get their EADs.
Mr.Oh also assumes that USCIS processing procedure and speed will not change.
It sounds like fluff reporting that popular media does. All fluff, no value.:D
Well..there would not have been 750,000 applications to start with if the dates were moved in line with visa numbers..slowly but surely. This would have meant USCIS resources in line with the incoming applications.
I hardly doubt after this forced backturn by USCIS..they would be even considering making it any faster......
I just feel there is no fair discussion on this topic because
1) Lawyer derive their money out of new filers (mostly 2006 and 2007)
2) Institutions like IV and others get their funding from new filers (as they are in majority)
Remember same thing happened when no one was fighting for the plight of people stuck in BPC...but they all cried about retrogression......
Are these lawyers even considering that there are serveral application still pending at BPCs....and they will be behind all this unfairly filed PERM applications ahead of them...

I will send email(s) to consulates and ministry of affairs UNTIL they hear us. They can't take us for granted and create the rules like they want for different consulates.
PS: I got mine renewed (10 yr validity) this year from SFO, with expired visa, without a problem.

I'm thinking of printing some and leaving it in local worship places mostly visited by immigrants(in my case its a hindu temple)
You can post it on the notice board. Generally temples charge $2 or $5 for putting up a notice.

OK agreed , when it's a law we should abide by them.But what are the other options available for B? He can't be covered under 245(K) so this option is ruled out.He needs to forget about GC? Will it be helpful if he contacts good lawyer any hope? Or just rely on luck?

MC: I am ready to give right away.
IO: No your finger print images not at all visible. There is no way we can check your Criminal background.
MC: Is there any other alternate solution for this �? If so please advice.
IO: Yes�You have to submit local county police clearance certificates from past 3 years with in 30 days.
MC: Can you increase the time�? 30 days might be not sufficient for me to collect all the information
IO: Sure�Make sure you submit with in 45 days. Thank you.
MC: Can I ask one question�?
IO: Sure�.
MC: I applied my GC in 2003. Almost 5 years completed�Now I have problems with my finger prints. What else I need to do for the getting the approval on GC
IO: Don�t worry�Submit the Police clearance certificates�We will approve your GC soon. With out verifying I can�t approve...If I approve� I will loose my Job�
MCL: Well �.My Client PD is Dec 2003 EB3-INDIA. Visa numbers are not available at this time why you are asking to submit police clearance certificates with 45 days�? And once we submit how you will approve my Client GC without VISA numbers available�?

I think it will be follish for any political party to not pay attention to Latino power. Mr. Obama won election with their support. For some reason, Latino group has not come forward so far to say that no CIR would mean no support to the party. I think if Latinos and all other interest groups come together, we may have a chance. While it is usually best to have your company (or legal representative) communicate directly with USCIS, it is possible to contact them directly to determine if your petition has been received. You will need to know which office the petition was filed at (based on the location of the employment it should have been CSC or VSC) and the date of filing.
After you provide some personal information, you may be able to receive your receipt number verbally.
Unfortunately this has worked in some instances, but not in others - so good luck.
If this does not work, your company should be able to confirm if the checks were cashed. If so, your receipt number should be stamped on the back of the checks.

Normally you have to have three different kind of investment. 1/3 - cash, 1/3- property and 1/3 in stock or MF. Again 50:50 here and in India if you have plan to go back to India in the future.
Or consider option one.
