Are there people who are current now, who have no Priority Date mentioned on the I-485, EAD and AP receipts? (i.e. the PD box is blank)
The priority date is shown on my I-140 receipt, but not on the aforementioned documents.
Does anyone know how to correct this problem? Thanks much.

You have to decide whether it is worth the hassle. If you are relying on this EAD to start working on it immediately, then it would make sense to bite the bullet and assume the monetary loss.
If you are not going to use it any time soon, then you should think about appealing and getting a 2 year EAD and save the extra money you will have to spend.

Can you give some inputs on my query..??
I am now thinking of joining an Indian based company and work for same company in US. With this I can always have a base in India and can think of relocate back if need arises. Can anyone tell me the recruiting procedure for some major companies for an applicant like me ? or How to get a recruited to Indian company while being in US..??
My area of expertise is ASP.net 3.5, AJAX, SQL Server., C#. I hold BE in CS and later completed MS in US. I have been working in US from past 5 years after completing MS.
Greatly appreciate any inputs on this�

There is no issue if your wife is the derivative applicant and gets her EAD through you. You can also start but it is more complicated since your business has to be doing excatly the same thing as your labor application. Also, i think you should get lawyers advice if you are starting it. There is no complication for your wife to start a business.

The business started by you need not be the same as in your labor application as long as you maintain your job with current employer or you switch to a similar job. For example, you can start a company for renting real estate without any problem as long as you can show that your job as stated in the LCA still exists ow will exist when the GC is approved.

I want to apply for my 3 yrs H extension using preminum processing. Can i do that by just using the email confirmation from USCIS that I-140 petition was approved? My 1-140 petition was approved in Dec,2006 and still have not recived my approval notice.

I am in the same situation. I have already sent my FOIA request about 3 weeks back. They have processed only 250 request in last one week. They have around 8600 requests. So it will take around 7 to 9 months to get the docs.
Since you will be asking only for I-140 and/or perm docs, there will be no cost.
You need to know SOC code/Job responsibilities/Salary for using AC-21.
Hopefully, some one who has more knowledge will reply to your other questions.
